Micene Triple

Downy mildew is one of the most destructive fungal diseases causing annual losses of yield on various crops including tomato, potato and vine.

Micene Triple

This is why the SAOAS group is ready to lunch its new specialty called MICENE TRIPLE, being the first fungicide on the market made of three active ingredients with different modes and sites of action and complementary specifically on mildew.

Characteristics :
Micene triple is a unique combination of three molecules. He has multiple modes of action: by contact, by penetration and systemically. It has a preventive action (anti-infection / anti-germination) and a rapid shock effect, stopping and eradicating (anti-sporulation). Its permanent presence on and inside the plants provides a lasting and complete protection against mildew.

Composition:
• Benalaxyl: 6% w/w (60 g/kg)
• Cymoxanil: 3.2% w/w (32g/kg)
• Mancozeb: 40% w/w (400 g/kg)

Mode of operation :
The MANCOZEB acts by contact with a broad spectrum of action and a high selectivity. It plays a purely preventative role by forming a protective film that covers the leaf surface and destroys the spores before germination.

CYMOXANIL has translaminar activity. It is able to reach the underside of the treated leaf. It plays a healing role that stops and eradicates infection in only few days after. It is very synergistic especially with Mancozeb.

BENALAXYL is systemic with high mobility. Its persistence of action can last up to 2 weeks inside the plant. It plays a curative and anti-sore role. It is able to protect young shoots and actively developing organs that are determining factors of production.

Usage:
Micene triple is used:
1. At the beginning of the farming season to stop any potential infection from the seed or other source.
2. After contaminating rains to block germination and intra-tissue growth of the hyphae.
3. After onset of symptoms to stop the growth of the fungus and inhibit sporulation.
