PALADIN® EC,
The company Alfachimie organizes, in collaboration with the company ARKEMA, on the 25th, and 26th, May 2016 technical days on its Soil Fumigant: PALADIN® EC at the headquarters of the company ALMASSIRAGRI in Sidi Bibi. Known for its effects on many soil pathogens, mainly nematodes, PALADIN® EC is the safe and sustainable alternative to 1,3-Dichloropropene for soil disinfection.
The event, was opened by the welcome speech of Mr. Ali El Ouafi, Deputy General Manager of the company ALFACHIMIE, and was attended by a hundred professionals, mainly executives, farmers, technicians and managers of large vegetable units.
The session of interventions was opened by the presentation of Mr. Nicolas LE ROCH, Commercial Director at ARKEMA-France on the world situation of the soil fumigant as well as the new restrictions imposed by the market of the disinfection. And then Mr. Gael DU FERTAY, international consultant, unveil the countries in which PALADIN® EC is registered in the long term in this case in Europe (Italy, Spain), Turkey, Egypt and in Morocco under number E11-6-020. Mr. EL ALAOUI Med Amin, commercial and development manager at the SAOAS group then presented some technical aspects on PALADIN® EC as well as the results of the various tests conducted in Morocco during the 2015 campaign. Finally, Mr. Ahmed HDIDI, technical manager within the same group highlighted the machines and tools used for the application of said product.
Impressed by the quality of the explanations and recommendations provided, the guests congratulated the company for its contribution in the accompaniment and sustainable development of Moroccan agriculture.
